Additional Bidding Instructions

Where the Bid price exceeds $100,000.00, or as otherwise specified, the Bidder shall
submit a Bid Bond for an amount which is equal to ten per cent (10%) of the stipulated
lump sum price of the Bid, signed, sealed and issued by a surety to transact business in
the province or territory of the Project. SNCL O&M reserves the right to approve or reject
any surety, in its reasonable discretion. The Bid Bond shall remain valid and will be
retained by SNCL O&M until the expiry of the irrevocability period for Bids set forth in
Section 5.11 of the Instructions to Bidders
All contractors and sub-contractors need to have a minimum FA2 RCMP clearance.
