Foundation Upgrade Includes;

Demolition and disposal of the interior slab, exterior slab and exterior circulation (stairs, ramps).
Excavation under the exterior landing and circulation to remediate water drainage issues.
Remedial work to the substrate under the exterior landing and circulation to implement proper drainage.
Forming and pouring of a new interior slab.
Forming and pouring of a new exterior landing and ramp.
